We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair to both our guests and our partners.
1. Cancellations by Customer
- All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to takeabreaktravelkullu@gmail.com.
- Refund amounts depend on how far in advance the cancellation is made prior to the trip start date.
- Any non-refundable booking fees, payment gateway charges, or advance deposits will be deducted from the refund.
2. Cancellations by Take A Break Tour & Travel
- If a trip is cancelled by us due to weather conditions, operational challenges, or unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future date.
3. Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.
4. Non-Refundable Services
- Services such as hotel stays, flights, or third-party arrangements may follow their own refund policies and may not be fully refundable.
5. No-Show and Partial Refunds
- No refund will be issued for travelers who do not show up for the trip or leave after it has started.
- Partial refunds, if any, are solely at the discretion of the management depending on the situation.
